- Wellness & Self-Care Support Program – Guided routines emphasize mindfulness, emotional regulation, stress management, and healthy sleep practices. Residents also have access to counseling and structured wellness activities that promote self-awareness, resilience, and balance. By building lifelong self-care habits, this program strengthens residents’ sense of self-worth and equips them with tools to maintain stability in daily life.
- Recreational & Outdoor Experiences – Physical activity and time outdoors are incorporated into daily life through organized recreation, group outings, and opportunities to explore nature. These experiences promote physical health, reduce anxiety, and encourage teamwork, while also teaching residents to enjoy healthy, positive leisure activities as alternatives to harmful behaviors.

- Life Skills Coaching & Mentorship – Residents build independence and confidence through one-on-one and group sessions that focus on practical daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, hygiene, time management, and conflict resolution. - Academic Support & Test Preparation – Enrollment and success in traditional school is the primary academic pathway for residents, with supplemental tutoring and educational support provided as needed. For youth who are not able to continue in traditional school settings, GED preparation is available as an alternative route to academic achievement. In addition, specialized ASVAB and SAT preparation equips residents with the tools and strategies to expand opportunities in higher education, the military, or vocational training. This comprehensive approach ensures each resident has a clear, supported path toward educational success and future opportunities.
- Career Exploration & Development – Vocational workshops, job readiness training, and mentorship opportunities connect residents with real-world pathways. This program encourages self-discovery, career planning, and skill-building to promote long-term independence and success.

The goal is to provide consistent support that builds resilience, coping skills, and long-term emotional well-being.
- On-Site Nursing Support – A Registered Nurse (RN) provides regular health monitoring, medication support, and coordination of care. This ensures residents’ physical and emotional needs are addressed in an integrated, clinically informed way.
- Family Connection & Reunification Support – We offer structured family visits, guided therapy sessions, and skill-building workshops to help strengthen relationships. Families receive coaching on communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation. Our reunification approach ensures a safe, supportive path toward rebuilding trust and creating healthier family dynamics.
